Installation considerations

1. Laying environment: Copper Core XLPE Insulated PVC Sheathed Control Cable is used in dry indoor environment, avoiding long-term exposure to direct sunlight or wet places as much as possible. The ambient temperature during installation should not be lower than 0°C. If it must be installed at low temperatures, it is recommended to preheat the cable.

2. Bending operation: When laying, please keep the minimum bending radius not less than 6 times of the cable outer diameter, avoid acute bending, so as not to damage the insulation layer.

3. Fixed requirements: In vertical or inclined laying, should use appropriate cable clamp for fixing, fixed spacing is recommended for 1-1.5 meters, to avoid cable due to weight and sag.

4. Distance from other lines: It is recommended to lay separately from control cables and signal cables. If parallel laying is necessary, it is recommended to keep a certain distance to reduce possible mutual interference.
