Core structure

1. Conductor

The conductor material adopts high-purity oxygen-free copper (OFC) with low resistivity (≤0.0172 Ω·mm²/m) and high conductive efficiency; the stranded structure endows the cable with excellent flexibility and can withstand bending times exceeding 20000 times.

2. Insulating layer

The insulation layer adopts high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the thickness meets the requirements of GB/T 5023.5-2008 standard, so that the durable Copper Core PVC Sheathed Flexible Cable has dielectric strength ≥ 25kV/mm, temperature resistance grade 70℃, and good acid resistance, alkali resistance and moisture resistance.

3.Jjacket layer

The material of the sheath layer is flame retardant PVC, which is usually black and gray, and we support white and other colors. The sheath layer can effectively provide mechanical protection, and the flame retardant grade can reach the requirements of Class C in GB/T 19666-2019.

Laying environment requirements

Temperature range: Laying not lower than-15℃, long-term working environment-40℃ to +70℃

Humidity conditions: Relative humidity ≤90%(at 40℃)

Bending radius: ≥ 6 times of cable outer diameter when laying, ≥4 times after fixed installation

Installation considerations

Avoid damage: It prevent mechanical damage when laying Copper Core PVC Sheathed Flexible Cable, avoid direct contact with sharp edges

Fixed spacing: The fixed spacing ≤400mm for horizontal laying and ≤600mm for vertical laying

Pipe penetration requirements: Pipe filling rate ≤40%, multiple cables parallel to maintain spacing

Connection treatment: Copper terminal crimping is recommended to ensure contact area and tightness
