Laying method:

Best for direct burial, also suitable for pipeline, cable trench and bridge laying.

Key considerations:

Mechanical damage prevention: avoid excessive bending and sharp objects scratching the armor layer during laying. The minimum bending radius shall not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Key points of direct burial: the trench bottom shall be flat and free of stones, soft soil or fine sand with a thickness of 100mm shall be laid above and below the cable as cushion and protective layer, and protective plates shall be covered. Buried depth should not be less than 0.7 meters in general.

Damp-proof sealing: the terminal and joint of the cable must be sealed strictly to prevent moisture from entering along the armor gap and affecting the insulation performance.

Grounding: the armor layer must be grounded reliably to ensure safety.
